Delivery
Shipping to Canada and the United States is at the flat rate of $XX per ordre. Otherwise, it is free for any purchase of $100 or more (before taxes and after applicable discounts). It is possible to choose the pick-up option directly at the hangar.

The delivery time is 3 to 8 working days. A shipping confirmation email will be sent to you when the order leaves the hangar. Héli-Boréal cannot be held responsible for any additional delays related to the delivery.
Order cancellation
To cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible by email at info@heli-boreal.ca with the order number included. If the order has already been shipped, it will not be possible to cancel it.
Return policy
A 30-day exchange policy is in effect. Please note that refunds are made to the original method of payment.

What can be returned or exchanged?
The following requirements must be met to proceed with a refund or exchange:
The order was placed within the last 30 days;
The product is in the same condition as when it was received;
The product is unworn, unwashed and undamaged;
The product is in its original packaging with the labels affixed, if applicable.
Final sale on all merchandise at 50% off or more and gift cards. These items cannot be returned or exchanged.

Refusal of delivery, no-claim or wrong address
We are not responsible for the following cases: refusal of delivery, no response to the delivery address after several attempts and unclaimed package at the post office. In these situations, the order is returned to our hangar and additional charges may apply.
